Nusa Penida is an attraction area that located in Klungkung regency precisely in the southeast of Bali Island. Nusa Penida Bali is alongside with two other small islands, namely Nusa Lembongan Island and Nusa Ceningan Island. Nusa Penida Island approximately 200 square kilometers of land, with a natural green hills but mostly dry. The beauty of this island is not lost with the Bali Island.

Unlike the Nusa Lembongan Island is more famous for the tourist, in this island the tourism facilities are arguably still minimal. But according to locals there are several locations that has bought by investors, especially on the side of a cliff because of the view that so cool.

There are some activities that you can be done on this island such as diving, snorkeling, see attractions of big snakes and birds, see the turtle breeding, trekking and enjoy the coconut typical of Nusa Penida Bali. Nusa Penida Bali can be reached from Sanur, Kusamba and Padang Bay. Nusa Penida is an arid region with calcareous soil texture. Most of local people work as seaweed farmers, fishermen and laborers, and the others as a trader.

The development of the tourism sector is still dominated in Nusa Lembongan, but in Nusa Penida Bali was still not growing at all, just look snorkeling and diving activities. The main attraction of Nusa Penida Bali and Nusa Lembongan island is pristine coral reef and fish diversity.

To go to Nusa Penida Bali there are many paths that you can be taken. The first, you can get through Sanur beach by speedboat at a rate of about USD $8. Second, you can through the port of Padang Bai using the ferry to cross, it cost is USD $2 per person. Or if you have more funds you could through Tanjung Benoa with Quicksilver boarding which cost USD $57 per person. The price includes a package of activities offered.
